De un televisor analógico que recibe señales digitales se generan estas imágenes desfasadas, interrupciones de vistas, voces, huellas de los 10 años del No al Alca, un movimiento político-social llevado adelante por gobiernos, partidos políticos, sindicatos y organizaciones sociales de todo el continente americano, con el fin de oponerse al proyecto de Estados Unidos. Un documental de la televisión abierta de Argentina se convierte en archivos en glitch entre pueblos y banderas.
El bloque latinoamericano y los fantasmas políticos, resistencia en otros tiempos. (Sin) Señales de sobrevivencia.
From an analog television that receives digital signals these outdated images become, interruptions of views, voices, traces of the 10 years of No to Alca, a political-social movement carried by political parties and social organizations of all the American continent, in order to oppose the United States project. A documentary of Argentina's open television becomes archives in glitch between towns and flags.
